Privacy Policy

Last updated August 24, 2026

This policy explains what data Senport (operated by Sen Technologies Limited) collects when you use our platform, and how it's used. It covers both workspace accounts (agents, admins) and the end customers who submit tickets through a Senport-powered workspace.

1. What we collect

From workspace users (agents, admins):

  • Account details — name, email, phone, and authentication credentials.
  • Usage data — actions taken in the product, for audit logs and security.
  • Billing details, processed by our payment provider.

From your end customers, only what's submitted through your workspace:

  • Ticket content — subject, description, attachments, and reply history.
  • Contact info used to reach them — email, phone, or messaging handle.
  • Optionally, GPS location and a verified identity, when submitted through a QR-code intake flow or a linked mobile app.

2. How we use it

  • To operate the ticketing, routing, SLA, and notification features you use.
  • To automatically translate non-English ticket content into English for agents, and to scan uploaded attachments for malware before they're stored.
  • To generate the analytics and reports shown inside your workspace.
  • To secure the platform, including audit logging of sensitive actions.
  • To communicate service updates, billing notices, and (if you opt in) product news.

We do not sell Customer Data, and we do not use it to train models for other customers.

3. Data isolation and access

Each workspace's data is isolated at the database level from every other workspace. Senport staff access to a workspace's data is limited to what's needed to provide support or maintain the platform, and sensitive actions are recorded in an audit trail.

4. Retention and deletion

We retain Customer Data for as long as your workspace is active, plus a limited window after cancellation to allow export. Where a workspace has evidence or case records subject to a legal hold or regulatory retention requirement, those records are retained under the disposal controls your admins configure, and are not deleted automatically.

5. Sub-processors

We rely on infrastructure and communication providers to deliver the service — including cloud hosting, email delivery, SMS, and messaging-channel providers (such as WhatsApp and Telegram's official APIs). Each is bound by a data processing agreement consistent with this policy.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of personal data we hold. Workspace admins can action most of these requests directly for their own tenant's data; for anything else, contact us at privacy@senport.app.

7. Changes to this policy

We'll post updates here and, for material changes, notify workspace admins by email before the change takes effect.
