Security at Senport
Support data is sensitive by nature — names, contact details, complaints, sometimes financial or medical context. Here's how we protect it.
Tenant isolation
Every workspace is isolated at the database level with row-level security, so one tenant can never read or write another tenant's data.
Access control
Role-based permissions for agents, supervisors, and admins, plus SSO support for enterprise workspaces.
Attachment scanning
Every file uploaded to a ticket — by an agent or a customer — is scanned for malware before it's stored or made downloadable.
Audit logging
Sensitive actions (status changes, merges, escalations, permission changes) are recorded in an audit trail workspace admins can review.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) between clients, our API, and connected channel providers, and at rest in our database and object storage.
Governed evidence handling
For workspaces using case and evidence features, records are sealed with chain-of-custody tracking and approval-gated disposal — deletion isn't a single click.
